Trevor joined Fletchers in 2017.

Your role

Trevor is currently a Senior Solicitor, Team Leader and leads the Birth Injury Unit at Fletchers. In this role Trevor is currently responsible for a team of 12 within our medical negligence department, who work on complex and high value medical negligence claims.

What do you love about your job?

I love my job because I can help my clients fight for the justice they deserve and give them and their family their independence back. I love the role because I can stand for my clients and aim to make sure what has happened to them doesn’t happen to someone else in the future.

Julia joined Fletchers in 1998.

Your role

Julia is currently a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive. She handles some of the most serious and complex personal injury cases both in the company and nationally; and is skilled in winning complex liability cases.

What do you love about your job?

I have multiple interests across my field, however I am most passionate about helping and supporting my clients and their families rebuild their lives after what has happened to them and help provide them with a stable future.

Michael has been with Fletchers since 2016.

Your role

Team Leader and a Senior Solicitor. Michael leads a team that works on some of our most complex and high value cases for our seriously injured clients, many of which take many years to resolve.

What do you love about your job?

That’s easy! First, it’s having the opportunity every day to show our clients the trust that they have placed in us, is deserved. And, it’s seeing how the hard work and dedication that my team and I put into fighting for our Clients’ settlements, truly changes their lives for the better.

We have a network of exciting city centre offices throughout the North of England, and we offer some of the most flexible working practices in our industry. This is supported by both our investment in the right technology and our adoption of hybrid working as central to our normal ways of working.

Embracing flexibility

Most colleagues work in a hybrid way which reflects a wide variety of personal choices: some colleagues come into their nearest office regularly; others spend around 4-5 days per month in face-to-face meetings with their team.

Whilst we fully embrace more flexible ways of working, we also value social connections and see this as an important way to support colleagues, helping build and grow teams. We make it easy to work in this way with online desk booking, collaborative working spaces and private meeting rooms. Those working in the office also benefit from free fresh fruit, snacks and soft drinks.
