Andrew Clark
Director of Legal Training
Andrew is a Partner and Director of Legal Training. He is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of legal training across the group, as well as providing legal thought leadership. Andrew is qualified as both CILEx and as a solicitor and has more than 35 years’ experience in all areas of personal injury, including 20 years specialising in serious injury cases.

Lorna leads the Learning and Development team to support, develop, and inspire individuals. Her role involves delivering engaging development programmes and diverse qualification opportunities across the Fletchers Group.
As Head of Learning and Development at Fletchers Solicitors, Lorna Bailey leads initiatives to support, develop, and inspire colleagues across the business. She specialises in professional development, legal qualifications, and apprenticeships, with a proven record of strategic planning and delivering impactful programmes.
Since joining Fletchers in 2009, Lorna has built extensive experience in both law and people development. She began her career in personal injury law, spent several years as Head of Fast Track, and now combines her leadership responsibilities with learning and development. She is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible career pathways through apprenticeships, training contracts, and leadership development.
Lorna also champions equity, diversity, and inclusion. She chairs Empower Her, an employer-led women in leadership network, is Deputy Head of Fletchers’ Southport office, and actively supports local community initiatives. Lorna also teaches CILEX CPQ at different levels. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, Women in the Law, and CIPD.
A Chartered Legal Executive, Lorna also holds a Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management and a Certificate in Education (Education and Training). She is currently completing her Level 7 CIPD in Strategic Learning and Development, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning.
Ben is a Learning and Development Business Partner at Fletchers Solicitors with a decade of training, coaching and development experience. He is responsible for helping to lead non legal training and development provision in a diverse range of business areas, alongside supporting legal training and development.
He is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and helps to actively promote learning experiences with the aim of improving knowledge, skills and competences. Ben’s experience of human skills, technical and induction training in different claimant industries allows for Ben to encourage all learners to achieve sustainable growth and success in their roles.
Ben himself, is a lifelong learner, having graduated in 2016, with a degree in coaching and development and is currently completing a Level 5 CIPD apprenticeship in L&D. Ben actively encourages all staff members to achieve their goals and aims to improve all societal interactions within Fletchers. Ben has a degree in Coaching and Development.
Leah has over 25 years’ experience in the legal sector dealing with personal injury claims and joined Fletchers in 2019 as part of the Clinical Negligence team. Leah joined the Learning & Development team in early 2023 as a Business Partner, a role which she is passionate about.
Whilst Leah provides support and advice to all her fellow “Fletcharians” her role within the team primarily is within the legal teams engaging with the employees, together with the Stakeholders and HR Business Partners to identify the needs of the business as well as the individual, establishing what they would benefit from in terms of training, learning and development and implementing the same.
She’s one of the key contacts for our Legal Apprentices and regularly conducts legal inductions discussing a range of legal topics and providing an overview to all our new colleagues of what to expect from their new roles at Fletchers. She is also pivotal in in identifying, facilitating and delivering bespoke internal training.
Shawn joined Fletchers Group in Jan 2025 bringing over ten year’s experience in management, training, coaching and development.
He is responsible for the learning and development needs of our colleagues within Medical Law Services and loves to provide an engaging and passionate learning experience.
Jordan Jones
Learning and Development Digital Learning Lead
Having joined Fletchers as part of the systems team, Jordan made the switch to Learning and Development to offer technical upskilling for the business as well as exploring new training technologies to help Fletchers staff maximize their potential.
With a background in IT and a graduate in video production with a BA Hons in Visual comms, Jordan can offer support in most Microsoft applications and workspaces and also offer advice and support on creative ways of working.
Jenna joined the Learning and Development team after returning from maternity/furlough in 2020, having previously worked in Support since 2017.
Starting as an Administrator, now Coordinator, Jenna supports the team by handling the arrangements and booking of training events from webinars to conferences. She is passionate about helping others work towards their development goals, whether professional or personal, and always has an open inbox for any questions!
Jenna is also taking on her own apprenticeship in Learning & Development, to build on these skills and experience with the aim of becoming an invaluable support to colleagues on their own progression paths.
