Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.
The role would be to improve our IT Asset Management Processes across the business. Continue improving our programme for all hardware and software devices to manage everything from lifecycles to licences. This role will be owning the ITAM space and will come with the opportunity to extend the strategy across the entire business. This role will start with the identification of all devices, software licences and lifecycles and progress into creating a full ITAM strategy for a global business.

You will report into and work closely with our Head of IT Service, and expect your day-to-day activities to include:
- Managing the hardware and software product lifecycle from beginning to end
- Maintaining a centralised software catalogue to ensure governance and compliance
- Tracking and monitoring usage of all software subscriptions (SAAS) portals such as M365, Adobe etc
- Using our ITAM tool to produce reporting data for both Hardware and Software
- Helping create and maintain IT Asset management policies and procedures
- Procurement
- Hardware Repair / Arranging Repair
- Managing Secure Disposal (WEEE)
- Managing Stock Levels, and Delivery of Hardware
- Some kit delivery and pick up (transport provided in these instances)
- Asset management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of IT software and hardware working as an IT asset analyst
- Knowledge of working with an Asset Database/CMDB
- ITSM tool experience
- Customer focused approach in everything you do
- Experience of managing an Asset Database
- Proactive and positive manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively alone as well as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Office 365 and Teams
- Experience in Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Microsoft Endpoint
- Affinity with technology and computer systems
- Experience with Windows, Laptops and Desktop PC’s including installing Windows and Software
- Hardware experience.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
- Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erroring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full, clean driving license required
Desirable Skills:
- Minimum ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation qualified
- Microsoft accreditation
- ITAM qualification
- Experience of the ITSM lifecycle
- Degree in technical or related discipline
- Experience of working within a professional services organisation
- Knowledge and experience of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft
- Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
