Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Change: Lead and manage projects that drive forward organizational, cultural, operational, technology and digital changes
- Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder project progress
- Add Substance: Enhance the quality and impact of deliverables by providing strategic insights and actionable solutions
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and their input is valued throughout the project lifecycle
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates and reports
- Change Engagement: Ensure high levels of change engagement and adoption across the organisation
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in a project manager or delivery manager role – must have broad business change experience and not just technical change
- Recognised qualification, or a desire to be formally qualified in, project management (for example, PRINCEII, AgilePM, PMP etc.)
- Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects using a variety of methodologies.
- Understanding of change management techniques
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently across a varied range of projects, stakeholders, and topics
- Ability to establish, and drive the adoption of, relevant PM skills and processes within the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning
