Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Onboarding Team.
The successful candidate will lead both our CN and PI Onboarding teams. Driving the teams to achieve targets and improve performance, as well as ensure the quality of information gathered is to a high standard.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the teams to deliver on all performance targets ensuring acceptance, processing and onboarding of all lead is to the highest standards.
- Review and report on MI to manage the team’s performance in line with department objectives.
- Ensure the team’s performance in relation to call quality and information gathering is to the highest standard expected by undertaking regular audit and providing feedback for learning.
- Work alongside the Operations Manager and HoD to consider areas for improvement within the team and/or efficiency of the onboarding process by undertaking regular evaluation of processes.
- Ensure that team remains compliant by conforming to established operational regulation.
- Aid the development of all Team Leaders by identifying areas for development and providing support, guidance, and training.
- Work closely with HR BP to ensure that the teams are managed effectively, and the team meet all the core values of Fletchers in terms of behaviours and performance.
- Be proactive in terms of development and recruitment within the team ensuring that capacity is maintained and anticipate further growth needs.
- Engage on a regular basis wit our lead generation company, Blume, and with other teams within the business to ensure quality service is provided to them and their clients, for example marketing, PI and CN legal.
