    Senior Solicitor

    Time with Fletchers

    Trevor joined Fletchers in 2017.

    Your role

    Trevor is currently a Senior Solicitor, Team Leader and leads the Birth Injury Unit at Fletchers. In this role Trevor is currently responsible for a team of 12 within our medical negligence department, who work on complex and high value medical negligence claims.

    What do you love about your job?

    I love my job because I can help my clients fight for the justice they deserve and give them and their family their independence back. I love the role because I can stand for my clients and aim to make sure what has happened to them doesn’t happen to someone else in the future.

    Fellow Chartered Legal Executive

    Julia joined Fletchers in 1998.

    Your role

    Julia is currently a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive. She handles some of the most serious and complex personal injury cases both in the company and nationally; and is skilled in winning complex liability cases.

    What do you love about your job?

    I have multiple interests across my field, however I am most passionate about helping and supporting my clients and their families rebuild their lives after what has happened to them and help provide them with a stable future.

    Michael has been with Fletchers since 2016.

    Your role

    Team Leader and a Senior Solicitor. Michael leads a team that works on some of our most complex and high value cases for our seriously injured clients, many of which take many years to resolve.

    What do you love about your job?

    That's easy! First, it's having the opportunity every day to show our clients the trust that they have placed in us, is deserved. And, it's seeing how the hard work and dedication that my team and I put into fighting for our Clients' settlements, truly changes their lives for the better.

    Iain joined Fletchers in 2016.

    Your role

    Iain is a Senior Solicitor and Team Leader in our Medical Negligence Department. Iain and his team specialise in catastrophic injury clinical negligence cases. Iain has recovered tens of millions of pounds in compensation over the years for many severely injured clients.

    What do you love about your job?

    I am thoroughly passionate about fighting hard for my clients to get them the best outcome possible. I work on some exceptionally complex cases which drives me and my team to succeed. Working with the amazing people here at Fletchers is also a big motivation for me. The culture and values enables us to achieve positive results for our clients.

    Gerard joined Fletchers in 2008.

    Your role

    Gerard is a Senior Solicitor within Fletcher's renowned Catastrophic Injury Team. He represents claimants who have suffered life-changing injuries. He has built a national reputation in the catastrophic injury sector, dealing with some of the most complex and high value cases in the company and nationally.

    What do you love about your job?

    I love my role, because the feeling at the end of cases after building relationships with my clients which can be over several years, seeing the outcome at the end is rewarding. The team around me are also fantastic and create an environment which enables me and the business to succeed.
