Already the largest Clinical Negligence team in the country, all our work is self generated - from fast track work right up to our large specialist Birth Injury Unit led by the Chief Assessor for the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel. Clinical Negligence makes up over 50% of our entire business and is at the very heart of what we do at Fletchers.
