Join Our Growing Marketing Team as an SEO & Content Executive
Are you passionate about creating content that not only engages audiences but also drives measurable results? At Fletchers Solicitors, we’re looking for a talented SEO & Content Executive to play a key role in our Marketing, Business Development & Communications team.
In this role, you’ll support the planning, optimisation and delivery of high-quality, search-optimised content designed to boost our visibility, increase website traffic, and generate leads across key markets. Working closely with the Senior SEO & Content Executive, you’ll help ensure our content performs strongly across search engines while staying true to our brand voice, meeting legal standards, and supporting our wider business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
Desirable Skills and Experience: SEO Support
- Assist in the delivery of the SEO strategy for key areas such as birth injury, serious injury, and clinical negligence.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking and performance analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Monitor and update existing content to maintain and improve organic rankings.
- Ensure all content is optimised for SEO best practices (on-page, internal linking, metadata, etc.).
Content Creation & Support
- Draft engaging, accurate and brand-aligned web content, blogs, landing pages and supporting materials.
- Help ensure content meets legal tone of voice guidelines and is accessible to our target audiences.
- Support the production of content briefs for internal or external copywriters.
- Collaborate with legal and subject matter experts to produce accurate, valuable content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor keyword rankings, share of voice, and organic traffic using tools.
- Assist with reporting content performance and growth against agreed targets.
- Use insights to identify areas for content improvement or new development.
Collaboration & Campaigns
- Work with the wider marketing and brand team to support integrated campaigns with SEO content elements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content and SEO strategies are well-executed.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, content planning sessions and strategy reviews.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in SEO, content creation or digital marketing
- Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimisation
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar, structure and attention to detail
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Experience using SEO tools
- Comfortable working with data to guide decisions
- Proactive and curious mindset – able to spot opportunities and suggest ideas
- Team player with strong communication and organisation skills
