Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing MLS team.

The purpose of the role is to support our effective service delivery by managing and developing relationships with our suppliers and external partners, particularly those that supply the team with additional capacity.

This is crucial role that will help us deliver commercial and customer excellence.  The successful candidate will be an experienced manager of business-to-business relationships with great customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the proven ability to monitor and review performance of third-party suppliers.

Main Responsibilities for the role:

  • Analyse performance across our external business partners and the MLS team, including managing the volumes of work being outsourced to each supplier, performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA) etc.
  • Manage and cultivate strong customer relationships between MLS and external partners.
  • Identify and plan opportunities for MLS to grow.
  • Work with other areas of MLS to understand and ensure the quality of all products between MLS and external business partners.
  • Ensure any issues with the quality of the service we provide or receive are addressed, working with the Director.
  • Issue and follow up service contracts across MLS.
  • Review invoices from suppliers, working with our Finance team to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Provide specific analysis of contractual performance of MLS and/or external partners, including numerical analysis and discussion with teams, to produce reports for the Director.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of account managing business supplier relationships, including setting and monitoring SLAs
  • Good understanding of what makes excellent client service (both business-to-business and business-to-client) and the ability to deliver it.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally using a variety of techniques, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; able to work proactively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive working relations with a variety of team members.
  • A good understanding of how to grow a team’s productivity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work on sensitive topics whilst maintaining impeccable professional standards.
  • Ability to be agile in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
