Hours: split shifts 7.30am-3.30pm and 10am-6pm.
Fletchers Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.
In the role you will be an initial point of contact, greeting all visitors, ensuring that all visitors receive an excellent experience by ensuring all required checks are completed including signing in/out of the office and the reception area is kept to a high standard. Maintaining all meeting rooms before and after each meeting to ensure they are clean, tidy and any relevant supplies are replenished in each room and replenishing stocks in all kitchens. Acting as a point of communication for F&M enquiries. Supporting F&M Manager with Admin duties. Low level maintenance requests and liaison with external M&E/PPM contractor.

Main Responsibilities for the role:

Maintain calendar system and schedule routine and preventative maintenance and ensure completion, providing reports on an ad hoc basis.

Maintain security at main door during the day.
-
Be vigilant, ensuring the office is safe and secure for staff during working hours.

Greet visitors professionally ensuring correct security protocol is followed.

Making arrangements for couriers, ensuring collection and signing for incoming packages.

Maintain stock levels and restock where necessary.
-
Maintain company vehicle booking system taking responsibility for signing vehicles in and out.

Central point of contact for all building issues and maintenance requests
-
Issuing of and managing all security passes for team members
-
Ensure reception and all meeting rooms remain in an acceptable condition and ready for use
-
Assist with Cover for Post duties as and when required.

Requirement to Travel between offices when required for cover or provide services.

Previous experience as Front of House or concierge Admin.

Computer literate.

Previous experience in building management, facilities, or maintenance from either a practical or administrative point of view.

Clean Driving License and valid over 12 Months highly desirable.
